The Testimonials section allows you to showcase customer reviews and feedback in an interactive carousel layout, helping build trust and credibility with potential customers.
You can display star ratings, review titles, customer comments, author names, and related products. The section also supports automatic slide rotation, customizable product cards, and responsive layouts.
This section is ideal for highlighting positive customer experiences, promoting popular products, and encouraging customers to make a purchase.
Click the Testimonials section name to see its settings on the right-hand sidebar.
Use these settings to customize how testimonials are displayed and rotated.
Auto-rotate testimonials: Enable this option to automatically switch between testimonials.
Change testimonials every: Set the time interval between automatic slide transitions, in seconds.
Number of item on desktop: Set the number of testimonial items displayed on desktop devices. The layout automatically adjusts on smaller screens.
Mobile slide width: Adjust the width of each testimonial slide on mobile devices. Set a value below 100% to reveal a preview of the next slide.
Customize the appearance of individual testimonial cards.
Rating color: Select the color used for the star ratings displayed in testimonial cards.
Inherit color scheme: Enable this option to use the section's color scheme for testimonial items.
Use these settings to customize the heading and description displayed above the testimonials.
Heading: Enter the section heading, such as Loved by our community.
Heading size: Select the heading size.
Heading tag: Choose the HTML heading tag, such as H1, H2, or H3. This setting affects the page's heading structure and SEO.
Description: Add supporting text below the heading, such as See what our customers are saying about our products.
Text size: Select the description text size.
Align center: Enable this option to center-align the section header content.
Use these settings to adjust the spacing between testimonial items.
Desktop: Set the spacing between testimonial items on desktop devices.
Mobile: Set the spacing between testimonial items on mobile devices.
Customize the overall appearance and animation of the section.
Reveal on scroll: Enable this option to show an animation when the section becomes visible as customers scroll down the page.
Make section full width: Enable this option to extend the section across the full width of the page.
Color scheme: Select the color scheme applied to the section. Click Edit scheme to customize the selected color scheme in the theme settings.
Use these settings to control the spacing above and below the section.
Top padding: Adjust the space above the section content on desktop.
Bottom padding: Adjust the space below the section content on desktop.
Mobile top padding: Adjust the space above the section content on mobile devices.
Mobile bottom padding: Adjust the space below the section content on mobile devices.
Click Add Testimonial under the Testimonials section to add a new customer review.
Each Testimonial block represents an individual customer review card, including a star rating, title, review content, author, and an optional related product.
You can add multiple Testimonial blocks to display different customer experiences in the carousel.
Use these settings to customize the content of each customer review.
Star rating: Set the number of stars displayed for the testimonial, such as 5 stars.
Title: Enter a short heading that summarizes the customer's experience, such as Unmatched comfort & fit.
Text: Add the customer's review or feedback. For example, Add customer reviews and testimonials to showcase your store's happy customers.
Author: Enter the name of the customer who provided the review, such as Emily R.
Product: Select a Shopify product associated with the testimonial.
When a product is selected, its information is displayed within the testimonial card, allowing customers to discover the product mentioned in the review.
