Answering Pre-sale questions about built-in theme features
Assistance on theme settings and configuration
Fixing issues that occur in the original version of the theme whose code has not been modified
Customization services (custom code such as CSS, Liquid, or JS modifications, creating new sections, adding new settings, or customizing built-in theme features).
App integrations/conflicts: App developers are responsible for keeping their apps compatible with Theme Store themes. If an app causes issues, contact the app’s support first.
Checkout customization: Since the checkout is isolated from the theme, any checkout-related inquiries must be handled by Shopify Support.
Assistance with features not related to the theme (Shopify Admin, Shopify payment etc..) should also be directed to Shopify Support.
