Setting | Description |

External link video | Embeds a video from YouTube or Vimeo. |
Video ratio | Sets the video aspect ratio: Adapt video, 4:3, 16:9, or 21:9. |
Color | Sets the background color behind the video. |
Full width | Expands the video across the available page width. |
Top padding | Adjusts spacing above the section. |
Bottom padding | Adjusts spacing below the section. |
Rate padding (mobile) | Controls responsive spacing on mobile devices. |
Custom CSS | Adds custom styles to this section only. |
Use an uploaded video when faster loading and full playback control are required.
Select Adapt video to keep the original video ratio.
Use 16:9 for most standard promotional videos.
Compress uploaded videos to improve page performance.
Check the video layout on both desktop and mobile.
Issue | Possible cause | Solution |
