This section allows you to control the behavior of the shopping cart, including how customers are redirected after adding items, free shipping progress bars, and gift wrapping options.

1. What happens when a customer adds a product to the cart?

You can define the user journey using the Action after added settings:

• No action: The user stays on the current page.

• Open cart drawer

• Go to cart page

• Go to checkout page

• Go to custom link: Redirects to a specific URL you define.

2. How do I configure the Free Shipping Bar?

This feature shows a progress bar in the cart drawer and page to encourage customers to spend more to reach a free shipping threshold.

3. How do I enable Gift Wrapping?

You can offer a gift wrap service directly in the cart.

1. Create the Product: First, create a product in your Shopify Admin to represent the gift wrap service.

2. Link it: In the theme settings under Gift wrap, click Select next to Choose product gift wrap and pick the product you just created.

3. Result: A checkbox option will appear in the cart page and drawer.

4. How do I customize links in the cart?

You have two specific link controls:

• Empty Cart Button: Use the Empty button link field to direct customers to a specific page when their cart is empty.

• Shipping Policy: Use the Custom shipping policy URL field if you want to link to a custom page instead of the standard Shopify shipping policy page.
