The Contact Form section in Athora goes beyond simple data entry. It is designed as a complete "Get in Touch" hub, allowing you to display contact details, office locations, and a customizable form side-by-side.

How do I create the split layout (Info on left, Form on right)?

This modern layout is a built-in feature of the section.

  1. Open the Contact form section settings.

  2. Toggle On the option Desktop layout split.

  3. This will automatically arrange your text content (Heading, Address, Email) on the left and the input fields on the right, as shown in the preview.

Can I add extra fields like "Phone Number" or "Subject"?

Athora allows you to extend the form capabilities using Blocks.

  1. In the left sidebar under Contact form, click + Add block.

  2. Select Custom field.

  3. You can configure these blocks to capture specific information, such as a Phone number or a Subject dropdown menu.

How can I customize the "Send" button?

Sure, you can capture extra details easily.

  1. Inside the Contact form section, click + Add block and select Custom field.

  2. Click on the block to edit settings.

  3. Set the Label (e.g., "Phone Number") and change the Type to Phone or Text depending on your need.

How do I create a dropdown menu or radio selector?

To let customers choose from a list of options:

  1. Add a Custom field block and set the Type to Options.

  2. In the Options box, type your choices (e.g., Support, Returns, Wholesale), ensuring each option is on a new line.

  3. You can display these as a Drop-down select or Radio buttons.

Toggle Required on if you want to ensure customers fill this out before submitting.
