The Footer section appears at the bottom of all pages and provides merchants with customizable content areas for brand information, navigation menus, newsletter signup, contact details, social media links, and storefront utilities such as localisation selectors and payment icons.

This section allows full control over layout, appearance, and functional blocks to help merchants present important store information clearly.
If you imported the demo but don’t see the demo logo, it’s because Shopify doesn’t allow placeholder images for this field. When the demo is imported, the logo is left empty by default.
- Simply upload your own logo in this setting, and it will appear correctly.

If your social icons aren’t showing, it’s because only the fields you fill in under Theme settings → Social media will appear.
- Just add or remove the social URLs you want, and the footer will update automatically.

If your payment icons are not showing correctly, it’s because only payment gateways and methods added in Shopify Admin → Settings → Payments can appear.
- You can activate or remove payment methods in your admin, and the footer icons will update. Read more about Additional payment methods.
If the Country/region doesn’t appear in the selector, it’s because this feature only works for stores using Shopify Payments and with markets configured in Shopify Markets.
- Enable Shopify Payments and set up your markets, and the selector will display properly.
If a language isn’t showing, it’s because only published languages in Settings → Languages can appear, Manage languages.
- To solve it, add and publish the languages you want, and the selector will update instantly.

If your contact details aren’t clickable, it’s because links must be added manually.
- Just highlight the text in the Brand Information field and click Insert Link to make it clickable.

The Menu block displays a column of links from the menu you select (top-level items only).
To edit or switch the menu, just click the Menu block to open its settings.
If you need another one, click + Add block → Menu to create a new block.
If you need to create a brand-new menu, follow Shopify’s guide on how to create menus.
