The Page section is a flexible component in the website layout that allows you to display static content such as text, images, or customized information blocks on a specific page.
This guide will help you customize a single page on your website, including layout settings, color schemes, and section padding.
You can access a Page section by following these simple steps:
Step 01: From Shopify Admin, click on Online Store > Select Themes > In the Current theme section, click the Customize button.
Step 02: In the theme editor (Customize), navigate to the Default page page > click the Sections button > you will see the Page section displayed in the template area.
The Page section displays content—including the title and content—that has been added to a page in the Pages section under Online Store in your Shopify admin. The options below allow you to customize key elements such as layout settings, color schemes, and section padding.
You can configure some general options for Page section below:
Color scheme: This option allows you to select a pre-defined set of colors that will be applied to various elements within this specific page.
Max width: This option controls the maximum width that the content of this page will occupy on larger screens (like desktops).
Top padding: Sets the space between the top of the page section and the element above it (in pixels).
Bottom padding: Sets the space between the bottom of the page section and the element below it (in pixels).
Mobile top padding: Sets the space between the top of the page section and the element above it (in pixels) on mobile devices.
Mobile bottom padding: Sets the space between the bottom of the page section and the element below it (in pixels) on mobile devices.
